Identity verification
Every provider uploads an ID document, which our team reviews before approval.
References & documents
Providers can add references and a criminal record certificate to strengthen their profile.
Manual review
No provider is visible to customers until a member of our team has reviewed and approved their profile.
Private documents
Uploaded documents are never public. Only authorized reviewers can access them.
A note for the MVP
We manually review each provider today. As we grow, we plan to add background-check integrations, customer reviews after completed jobs, and more automated safeguards.
