These terms govern your use of the HomeHelp BG marketplace. By using the platform you agree to them.
What we do
We connect customers seeking home help with independent providers. We review providers before they become visible, but providers are independent — they are not our employees or agents, and we do not supervise the services they deliver.
Customers
You agree to provide accurate request details and to treat providers respectfully. Any agreement for services (scope, price, schedule) is between you and the provider.
Providers
You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate and that you are legally entitled to offer your services. You are responsible for your own tax and legal obligations. We may decline, suspend, or remove profiles at our discretion.
Verification & safety
We take reasonable steps to verify providers (identity, references and, where relevant, criminal-record certificates), but we cannot guarantee any provider’s conduct. Use your own judgement and report any concerns to us.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of customers or providers, or for the quality of services arranged through the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
